Eric Worre is one of the most sought after success coaches in the MLM profession, having a career that has now spanned more than 20 years. Eric is simply an icon of what’s possible in the MLM professtion – building his buisinesses into the hundreds of thousands of distributors. In this article, I’m going to talk about Eric’s business building techniques for MLM success, and discuss some frequently asked questions.

A Background on Eric Worre:

I first got a chance to meet Eric Worre in my first successful experience in MLM. I got involved with Eric in a company where he was one of the ‘Fabulous Three’ (you know, the three guys in a company who make 90% of the income).

Mr. Worre is a unique person, to put it mildly, and always was an interesting person to be in business with. On the stage of major conventions, Eric tends to ask questions an listen more than he speaks. He plays the part of a celebrity interviewer, asking questions to clarify points that allow the finer points of Network Marketing success to come through in a way that otherwise would remain in darkness.

Eric Worre is a FANTASTIC leader, and I encourage you to get familiar with his training as much as you can.

So What Are Eric’s Business Building Techniques?

Eric teaches the traditional MLM basics: word of mouth, third party promotions, home meetings, and the like. In fact, it is a difficult task to get Eric to talk about anything more complicated than the concept of ‘Third Party’, Weekly Meetings, and Home Meetings.

He will not do it. In fact, I don’t know if he would remember this, but I heard him talking one day about how he keeps things ridiculously simple, and so I was around him later that day at a training convention, and I questioned him, attempting my best to get him to be complicated. Eric just wouldn’t complicate anything, no matter how hard I tried.

Eric will drill again and again ‘keep it simple’. Until I met Mr. Worre, I was frustrated by a long list of over complicated MLM trainers that wasted my time, energy, and money. (Which was horribly frustrating, because I didn’t know what I was doing)..

So are Eric’s business building techniques effective for all people?

I think that Eric would be the first to admit that they don’t. If you take a look at the facts over the last 60 years of MLM, it’s clear to most leaders that all training doesn’t work for everybody. Different personalities find success in MLM with different strategies – as evidenced by the thousands of contradicting training systems that have produced strong results.

Eric’s system gave me my first success in MLM, getting me over the initial hump of making more than a few thousand dollars a month – and I did it the traditional way through meetings, super saturdays, etc.

However, almost everyone in my team struggled using that system. We were all a bunch of broke 25 year old college dropouts, and although I had a fairly large group (over 1000 people), that system simply doesn’t work well at all for my previous peer group. Quite simply, if I ever wanted to get my income over $5,000 a month in Eric’s group, I would have had to join the Chamber Of Commerce, go to Church 3X a week, maybe join The Rotary Club, and any other social group I could get involved with where I could meet people who had a larger sphere of influence than my own.

After that, I found out that I hate spending all of my free time on meetings, phone calls, and meeting random people in shopping malls. While I love to speak, the pressure in that group to do meetings every week and fill a huge room of people was enormous. I wanted a better way to do things, plain and simple (that I actually enjoyed).

So am I promoting the idea that you should forget anything that Mr. Worre teaches? You’d be surprised to know that Mr. Worre’s system was the first thing that ever made me any money in Network Marketing. I simply will not be content with a measly five grand a month, however, and so I began searching for a more powerful, streamlined business system

…and I found the internet. It took me a little while – however I finally discovered the keys to promoting myself online, and that it was simply more powerful, and effective than anything else I could do.

I can’t tell you how empowering it was the first time I developed a list of 1,000 Network Marketers who all had requested information from me, were reading my emails, and calling me asking if I would be willing to work with them personally if they joined my business.

Is Eric Worre’s training effective? Absolutely, but there’s no way I would ever build a business like that again. Actually, I wouldn’t care if my income grew five times as fast. It’s so much more professional, simple, and empowering to learn how to attract thousands of hungry prospects to you, influence people all over the world through social media, and sponsor people WHO WANT to hear from you…

I wouldn’t do it any other way.

I experienced the exact opposite, however.  When I started to market myself online, it took me six months to grow my income by more than five times.Toay, I sponsor a ridiculous amount of people into my team every month because of these strategies.
