Most of these products (X-Mas decorations, jewelry boxes, purses, assorted gizmos) could be easily produced in the Far East at considerably cheaper costs. So why would they pay you so much more to make the same product? There is no logic to that, but usually in theses cases, logic doesn’t apply. The main reason that most of these companies hiring at home workers exist, is mainly to rip people off. There is no other purpose.

Don’t be too concerned if you’ve been ripped off before. You are only one of a lot of people.
