So what you have to do is lead with value and show people how you can help them. Even if you’re brand new you can direct someone to a resource or another person in your team that can help. BECOME A LEADER. People are looking for leaders more now than ever. If you are able to provide value and help some else experience success you are a leader. Study the information and gain the knowledge that others are not willing to do.

LEARN TO LET GO! This might sound crazy, but you have to be willing to let go of some of your leads and prospects. A lot of people you talk to will not be right for your business. After all, you are building a business and you want serious, motivated and entrepreneurial leaders on your team. What’s the point of recruiting just anyone? That is the momentum you need, but can only be accomplished by you helping your team and giving them everything they need in order to succeed.
